Fitness and health "experts" make it seem so simple.
1. Cut out sugar and processed foods
2. Work out every day and burn as many calories as you can
3. Lose all the weight, look great, and be super happy with the results
At least thats what it said on the website …
But somehow this whole coaching thing hasn’t been all that I thought it would be.
I’m supposed to be making money doing what I love… but I’m hardly loving this right now.
It’s been 2 years since I started coaching and I’m still barely making coffee money.
I’m not afraid to work hard. I know I can do this!
But, I’ve been doing everything they told me to do, and it's just not working.
And I see all the other coaches doing the same stuff and none of them are getting there either
Does this actually work for anyone?
I know I’m good! I know people need me! but I feel like I'm spinning my wheels and going in circles.
And the stupid marketers out there “pretending” to be coaches are the ones getting all the clients.
